Life is cruel, life is sad

But Gizmo’s life made you glad,

To have a cat so full of love

That he held your heart in a velvet glove.

Gizmo made you smile and gave you joy

And for many years was your special boy,

You will always remember his funny things

And these have earned him his Angel Wings.

He will be sadly missed by all of us, as he was such a joyful loving cat to have around our home as one of the family.

His funny antics had us in laughter alot,he was old but still went on like a teenager, and was always running around the house playing,

He used to greet us every day and demand cuddles and lots of love and attention, Just the way we all liked it.

He was so human like I really think he thought he was too, when I took my daughter to school he would come up to the car and meow to come with me I would open the door and in he'd get .He liked his car journey's.

   Memory Of My Beloved Gizmo

Darkness gripped my world today,
my little Gizmo was taken away,
I watched him gasping his last breath,
and whispered to him "It’s time to rest."
My heart crumbled as I watch him go,
but I couldn’t let him suffer so.

I kissed his head, buried my face in his side,
whispered goodbye and a part of me died.
May heavens arms hold you, softly my love,
until Mummy can hold you in Heaven above.
